Limited internet access

Greetings, All!

Living on a boat full of fish does have it drawbacks - first being internet access to upload stories and photos to my blog. I have had to resort to writing postcards until I decide to get off the boat. (It will happen in good time, when I am darn well ready to leave and by my terms.) So for now you will have to decipher my cat scratch writings.

The other drawback is even the great smell of fish grows weary after 3 days. (Hey, just like relatives!... *snicker* Sorry... old joke.) It took me a while to get my sea legs. I also had to figure out which human I could trust. Sometimes it is hard to tell if a person wants to pet me or throw me into the deep. I play it safe and generally lay low.

Evenings are quiet. I can wonder around deck listening to the growl of the boat engine and the soft splash as the boat cuts through the waves. I feel the warm breeze and look up at the night sky. The heavens have been full of more stars than I could ever imagine.

Ta-ta for now!
